Returns, Claims, and Credits
We have a 24-hour return request policy, which means you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return or submit a claim. To be eligible for consideration, items must be in the same condition in which they were received and remain in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return or submit a claim, please contact us at biostokfoliage@gmail.com. Clear photos of the damaged or affected items, along with the quantities impacted, must be included in the email for the request to be reviewed. Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted. If a return is approved, items must be sent to 1807 Plymouth Sorrento Road, Apopka, FL 32712.
All orders must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within the required timeframe so we can evaluate the issue. Claims submitted after 24 hours or without proper documentation will not be accepted.
If an order is canceled or requires restocking, a restocking fee equal to 25% of the total order value will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our products, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If approved, exchanges may be arranged directly at the nursery location after the original return or claim has been authorized.
Approved claims are issued as account credit only. Refunds are not provided. Credits may be applied toward future purchases and are non-transferable.
